Analysis of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights judgment of the Miskito Divers Case (Lemoth Morris and Others) vs. Honduras. Considerations on the violation of Article 26 of the American Convention on Human Rights, and jurisprudence on economic, social, cultural, and environmental rights. Standards on business and human rights developed by the Court. Intersectional discrimination suffered by the Miskito people.
