Abstract

The author makes reference in his article to the rules of the economic system. In this article, his analysis of the capitalist, socialist and mixed economic systems are relevant. In the same sense, it offers us particular importance in the study of the evolution of constitutional norms, in economic matters, starting from the study of the constitutions of 1904, 1941, 1946, 1972 and their subsequent reforms in economic matters. The provisions of Title X of the Constitution as a central economic principle that economic activities correspond to, are approached from a technical-legal perspective, making a thorough analysis of the content of articles 282 to 298.

Doctorado en Derecho por la Universidad Central de Madrid con la distinción Summa Cum Laude. Ex – Magistrado de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo, ha ejercido la docencia en las asignaturas de Derecho Constitucional, practica forense, derecho procesal constitucional y procesal administrativo, fue decano y vice decano de la Facultad de Derecho.
