Abstract

The French Revolution was the beginning of many changes in the society and the beginning of postulates aimed at Human Rights embodied in International Treaties today, especially the Declaration of the Rights of Man and the Citizen such as the American Convention on Human Rights, with the purpose of achieving a better social coexistence worldwide, after the disaster of the First and Second World Wars.

The French Revolution introduced the division of powers in the administration of the State, agreed upon in the period of the Enlightenment and influenced by philosophers as a consequence of a social movement against the established monarchy, beginning a time of new Constitutions influenced by the French Constitution and the Constitution of the United States of America, pioneers in establishing fundamental social parameters of human rights and at the same time regulating the abuse of power through laws controlling the state apparatus, what we know today as Administrative Law.
