Abstract

With the purpose of opening a space of reflection,  the article is cente- red in revising the constitutional norm in matter of nationality, citizenship, political rights and suspension of the nationality; facing the possibility of a possible cons- titutional reform  and the adoption of a new one, in which a brief summary of the Political Constitutions that  have  been into force  in our country and  the amend- ments that they have  had, are included.
