Abstract

This article addresses the participation of citizens in the processes of digital transformation, based on the conceptualization and origin of digital identity, valuing their interaction and coexistence in the current digital society, addressing particular characteristics that constitute the experience of browsing. through the network, of which the social, the subjective, the valuable, the composite, the real, the contextual and the dynamics stand out. Its regulatory framework established in Panama is found in the content of Law 144 of 2020, which modifies and adds articles of Law 83 of 2012 on digital identity. The author concludes in this article reflecting on whether a digital identity card Will allow us to identify ourselves in digital environments where we interact daily.
