Scope and limits of the right to social protest Alcance y límites del derecho de protesta social

Abstract

The author highlights, through the content of the article, over the scope and doctrinal interpretation of the individual or collective right to protest, from a perspective of international human rights law and constitutional law. In the same sense, it offers us a detailed study of the right to freedom of expression, the right of assembly, the right to freedom of association and to belong to union, the right to strike as essential part of economic, social, cultural, and human rights, whose justiciability falls on the States, their tutelage and protection.
