Prohibitions in the Constitution of Panama Prohibiciones en la Constitución de Panamá

Abstract

The prohibitions inferred in the Political Constitution of the Republic of Panama constitute the central analysis of this article. It makes a very thorough legal assessment of the concept of prohibition, from the legal dogmatic point of view of Panamanian constitutional law. The article takes a tour of the prohibition provisions clearly arranged in the formation of the Panamanian State, the Rights and Duties of the Individual, in the Legislative, Executive and Judicial Bodies of our Political Constitution.
