Abstract

This reading responds to an axiological reflection on the development of knowledge of constitutional law, in university cloisters, specifically at USMA. The realities described by the author constitute a personal reflection on the understanding of constitutional phenomena, where it becomes clear to value the importance of principles, which constitute the true foundations of Constitutional Law.

Author Biography / See

Carlos Bolívar Pedreschi

Graduate in Law and Political Science and specialist in Constitutional Law. He was a member of the Review Commission of the Political Constitution of the Republic of Panama (1983) and of the Permanent Court of Arbitration of The Hague (1990 – 1994). He served as professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Panama (1975-1980) and at the Santa María La Antigua Catholic University (1975 – 1983).
