This Article constitutes a dogmatic – legal analysis of the LabourCode, mainly of lack of probity and disobeying orders as a ground for discriteria issued by the High Labour Court with particular emphasis on the grounds for dismissal of a worker.

Rubén Castillo Gill

He is founder, partner and director of Mendoza, Arias, Valle & Castillo. Trial Lawyer since 1989. He is a Business Consultant on business and labor relations. He has worked as a University Professor in the Chair of Labor Law and Negotiation Techniques in Undergraduate and Postgraduate studies at USMA.
