Gilberto Boutin I.

Former Dean and Professor of Private International Law at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Panama. Editor of Law No. 61 of October 7, 2015, Official Gazette No. 27885-A, which supersedes Law 7 of 2014 that adopts the Code of Private International Law of the Republic of Panama.
