Comments on the Ruling of the Supreme Court of Justice that declared that article 182-A and the phrase “For being seventy-five (75) years of age”, contained in article 182-B (modified by Agreement of the General Council) are unconstitutional University No. 7-16 of June 23, 2016), of the University Statute of the University of Panama.

Comentarios al Fallo de la Corte Suprema de Justicia que declaró que son inconstitucionales el artículo 182-A y la frase “Por tener setenta y cinco (75) años de edad”, contenida en el artículo 182-B (modificado mediante Acuerdo del Consejo General Universitario N°7-16 de 23 de junio de 2016), del Estatuto Universitario de la Universidad de Panamá.
